Honestly JD i think you are wrong hard evidence shows nothing and the foundation documents from direct evidence indicate no quid pro quo or cover up. If I am wrong so be it and the issue is excised. But what of Obama administration hillary Rice and on they get off scott free? By the standard dems set they should all be indicted for election interference and soliciting foreign help. We know that wont happen. The more leaks from these committees the more lies come forth based on very recent experience with Muellar. The subpoenas the three committees want are all executive privilege due to the wide powers given the executive for interaction with other nations. That has been tested in court in similar power struggles over several supreme courts. Needs to put the inquiry to vote make reps show their colors if as she says this is about the Constitution and not protecting dems in the upcoming elections it should be a non factor and allow an appropriate process to take place. Hell if i were the repubs on these committees id subpoena folks anyway rules of order don't seem to apply anyway. We still have the Horowitz, Barr, and Duram Maelstrom coming right in the middle of the election primaries and this it gonna get real ugly just like Louisiana politics😁 |

JD the house is supposed to vote on an impeachment inquiry thats how its always been done Pelosi bypassed that so that Republicans cant subpoena folks or interview it also does not allow legal representation at the interviews which as of now isn't on the table The referral vote to the senate is after that vote. What she has done is protect members that won in republican district last time as moderates
As you are fond of saying its the cowards way out. Hell have some cajones and if you think an inquiry and perhaps impeachment is necessary hold the vote as has been done in the past. Its supposed to be all about the constitution and not politics according to Pelosi and company or do they not have the courage to do so and live with whatever result happens.
