"Failed election" some states can declare a failed election. What this means legally is going to become more clear going forward.
This scenario is happening in several states that did not provide oversight by Republicans poll watchers.
This is not the only angle, you have the voting machines themselves changing large numbers of votes from one to another.
Late ballots
Ballots without signitures
Ballots with the same signiture on hundreds of ballots
Postal service had a hand in the fraud
Long list will show a systematic, or if you will..a conspiracy to create what Biden called The biggest voter fraud task force ever

A district race in Clark County Nevada just thrown out by their commission for "to many discrepancies". 153,000 votes were cast.

A district race in Clark County Nevada just thrown out by their commission for "to many discrepancies". 153,000 votes were cast. To provide a bit of context. Only 10 vote difference 139 descrepensies that merits the call for special election Clark County Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria reported to the commission on Monday that there were 139 ballot discrepancies in District C, and Miller defeated Republican opponent Stavros Anthony by only 10 votes out of 153,162 cast. As a result of the discrepancies, the commission voted not to certify the District C results and instead call Gloria back to its first December meeting to present a plan for a special election |

Clearly it possible that the election could turn hence the special election to see if that was the case. Its not 14000 or 20000 or 55000 votes a far different degree of difference. Doesn't mean it doesn't need investigation but the outcome probably will not change give the large nos. |

But here's the curveball: FISA (works both ways) works FOR President Trumps side, but LEGALLY applied. This is on "other matters" not the bogus election, if you catch my drift.
