Look I know time is getting short POTUS even said so for this but if cyber “warfare” has occurred there will be definitive proof that can be shown to any court or SCOTUS there wont be any ifs and or buts about it. More they will know the origins and the perps.
This sites talk national defense act etc and insurrection act via 14th Amendment is way out there. If there is cyber proof i will trust five of the nine justices to uphold constitutional provisions and enforce state legislatures authority in election law.

There was NO "proof" that TRUMP colluded with russia, no proof TRUMP wanted a foreign country to aid his campaign--but he was charged and attacked by fbi and doj for 4 years and impeached by rogue lib lowlifes.

You dont know do you. You don't have a timeframe if you know the number of votes being thrown out who individually caused the fraud? Of all the info that both you and RR throw out the most interesting proof wise to me would be the 47 missing usb thumb drives and unfortunately no one to my knowledge too a phone pic or video of that allegation. Now there may be a legit reason for that in not being able to bring a phone into the area. Please understand the numbers required and the evidence needed to support those numbers. These legislatures and many judges heads explode when you show Them complex stats, explanations of same, and results. Then you have to know the opposition has its own experts. Judges, juries, legislatures need it simple and straight forward. They rarely stray from the road or box. They stay safe and shielded by “the will of the voters” even if they know that “will” was forced by fraud they will acknowledge small pockets to say see we found it but “it wont make a difference in the election.” They fear it as it might happen to them one day or worse they buy into the fraud methods. Not counting michigan about 125000 votes determine this election out of 154000000 cast or supposedly cast if legal. Doesn't seem like a tall order but it is because many of those votes lack proof like signatures as one example, or valid address as another, or even no longer living in the state. Unless you can reverse engineer the process where mass votes were found its may be hopeless at least in time for the electoral college vote or to flip this election. Here's my problem with it if judges fear to act against what we "know" (I used quotations in deference to houston and proof issues) is massive cheating and allow Bitem to "steal" the election. Antifa and BLM have caused untold damage with their rioting and threats, while the right has been relatively quiet. How much are they going to take till they literally start fighting back with in kind action? IMO it's getting very close to a breaking point. If this happens and some of the rumored Bitem appointees start some of the actions they proclaim they will, there will be a lot of blood shed. I don't think the judges can come up with a Solomon type solution to this. 70 million people who "know" what happened will not accept a milquetoast solution.

I know boxes were stuffed its as plain as the nose on your face many hundreds of thousands of found votes biden only no down ticket happening multiple times, I do not even think the odds Can be calculated. That is just one thing. I just dont think there is the political will to audit the election properly or to negate the rules put in illegally by executives in the state. Ill ask a bigger question why are t the republican legislators doing somthing only they can do. Answer no political will. The election will not be flipped but we may get action toward protecting the voting process
