puke lost again at home---miami beat um 78-74 in ot.
I sure hope they are a 2 seed in our regional!!

Miami tried their best to give the game to Duke. I have never seen a coach pull his players off the free throw line when his player was shooting free throws.

A dUKe loss is almost as good as a UK win. Made our Sunday much better. New top 25/6 tomorrow.

Yea I know what you are referring to K man. But Miami's coach never put his team at the free throw lane when his player was shooting at least not while I watched. He did while Duke was shooting but not when his team was shooting.

Tubby did at the SEC tourney in his last year at UK. Pulled the guy off the line and we loose the game. Most undervalued f%@!up in UK.s history. It finally got tubby gone. |

I've never put much stock in total fouls as a method of "fairness". There are situations/matchups where one team should have more fouls than the other.

In this instance, with Karl Hess reffin' the home game for dUKe, i do put alot of stock into it. This instance is a rarity in that Hess was part of a ref bunch that called it even at a home game for puke.... |
