Lamb coming back would indeed be a plus, experiance, great shooter, could be a good stabilizing factor. However, should somthing change and he takes the next step, I'm no worried about getting another guard, Call rotated Miller, and Lamb at the 2 and Teague and Lamb at the point. He'd do somthing similar the upcoming season. Everyone want 10 deep, hell we only play six the whole game maybe seven and that's fairly well inclusive of cigar time. Its one damn reason Cal gets these kids, he doesn't overstock, he gets the kids in shape, they get lots of reps, they improve more quickly than most others. Geeeez quit being so damn negative and apprehesive, winning 37 instead of 38 a year but winning No. 9 ain't gonna be that bad. Besides Cal's got a couple of big things in mind, 40-0 and passing UCLA. .PVO!!!! I agree here 100%. PVO!!!!!!!!! #th_ThumbsUpSmiley#

This would be awesome. If Harrow is as good as RR told me, then he can fill Teague's shoes. Adding Bennett is the perfect addition to the frontcourt, and I'm not sure there's another guard in the nation that would fit in as well as Lamb, because the one and only deficiency I could see this team having next year is shooting the ball from outside. Obviously Lamb is one of the very, very best in the nation.
If we have Lamb and Bennett, my goodness -- Vegas will make us another overwhelming favorite to win it all, and we probably will.

The biggest thing for Harrow is having a year in the system, practicing with the team and running the point in practice- the idea being there's no adjustment period we typically see for PG's in Cal's system. If the PG is running the show correctly from Day 1 it makes it that much easier for other new guys to adjust and learn

This is great news RR! Where does this put us with Oriakhi? Does this mean Cal has chosen Bennett, or can we get both?
Also, glad to see we are going to load up again. Now we can go work dook's ass over early in the season.

With Beal going to the NBA now, that's another player ahead of him. I think Lamb is the only player that might come back. But Coach said today that he expects all of them to leave. Hope he is just guessing on that.

First of all I feel that Lamb should and could go. He's one of my favorites, but can go. He's been replaced enough to go. UK could still get several more great players. It doesn't matter how deep UK goes. With a good Power Forward UK have what they need. I think from what I've seen, Harrow is much better than Teague. I can live with all this. Let's hope they all leave and UK gets 3 more good or great players. #9, 10, 11, and 12 look good to me.

If we get Bennett and Oriakhi I wouldn't count on seeing Willie Cauley get a lot of minutes. Especially if Wiltjer has a good off season of work plus his experience.

It looks like the 2013 class could be another monster group, maybe the best we have seen yet.

This may be a rebuilding year but when we talk about that we still have a really, really good team. I think the key is keeping a few of these players around for next year to go along with the 13 recruits.
That's what happened this year.

#th_lmaocry12# Yep, this year is rebuilding and the following year if we get a couple back we can possibly have a legit shot at another championship in 2014...Maybe 2013 will be a sweet 16...elite 8 type season. #th_rofl2#

So we have a title team right now? Really? We could, roster isn't done. What I meant was we won't be the favorite to win it all this year, but we might the following year if a few recruits come back like Jones, Lamb, and Miller.

So we have a title team right now? Really? Absolutely we do!! Always takes a little luck to win the title, but next year's team as it's presently made up is a final four favorite.

Noel Poythress Wiltjer Goodwin Harrow Cauley Hood--Beckham--Polson
This team is final four caliber---with NO team better on paper--none--nada--ZERO!!
ergo--UK is a primary ncaaT championship major contender.
NO other team has the potential ADDITIONS that UK has--ergo--UK is the favorite to win the 2013 ncaaT title.
Stop the WHINES--handwringing--pessimism--idiocy--lunacy--smell ENVY--
smell ENVY is the issue--nothing else!!

I agree, thats what I was saying, but I was getting laughed at ;D Well you are writing this year off as a legit title team. I am not. I said we won't be the favorite from day one like this year. Doesn't mean we can't win it all. I think 13 will be like this year were we are preseason favorite from day one. 14 is way too far down the road to even begin to talk about.
