Ok I have had lamb a lot but always at restaurants. Love it, but never made it at home by myself. Can anyone give me some tips on the best way to cook it and what marinade I should use. Most recipes call for a ton of fresh rosemary and garlic.

I would ask Doron... Seriously..... The way I like any meat personally is overcooked, dried out like beef jerkey and hot like Jalepino's but I assume you want it tender and juicy. I'm sure there are many ideas. There may be a few chime in here giving you better help than me.

Rack of lamb? Leg of lamb? What cut of meat? Well not sure. Was going to go to Jungle Jim's and see what they had.

I've made lamb in the past. I'm assuming you're going to buy a rack & roast it. Regardless, don't overcook it. You should cook lamb to the same temp as you cook your steak.

Lair, if you are a costco member, go there to buy racks of lamb. It will be about half the price of what it costs at jungle jims. Costco's meat is top quality also.
