Cooked out some Johnsonville griller burgers on my good ole storage unit Kingsford grill and burnt em a bit. Man they taste great anyway. I love over cooked meat just the same. Onions, hot peppers and ketchup and Johnsonville brats cut in half on the burger long ways makes a great lunch.

They tasted great to me, but I find if you thaw them out at least half way, they grill better, nothing better than a Johnsonville Brat as a burger topping. Sometimes with fresh ground burger I will put cheese inside the burger so it seeps out when you eat it like a volcano. Dont forget to kick it up a notch with some hot peppers.

Love me some Johnsonville Brats, especially when you cook them in beer on the grill. yum. I will give them a try next time I'm at the store.
