After about a dozen pad of butter this meal not only filled me up it probably will be breakfast lunch and dinner. Aunt Jemima on top of the mountain of cakes and kicked it up a notch....Good lord, that was really good. Try adding you up some sausage already cooked, chop it up and mix it with your batter and you will get some heavenly pancakes.
The were like 78 RPM records in size and thick.
THEY WERE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!
Did I mention they were good?...LOL

I could try it though.

I love pancakes. I try to make them as often as possible for the kids.
Something I miss from the south that I can't get in Hoosier-land is fried chicken and waffles. Every time I mention it around here, they look at me like I'm an alien. But, then they like Chili and peanut butter sandwiches...and mayonnaise sandwiches...Hoosiers are really disgusting in their food tastes.

You would probably like deep fried chicken in pancake batter then. Cook up chicken tenders (oven or skillet) and then take your pancake batter and submerge your cooked chicken into the batter and then deep fry em and then you pretty much have the food you describe. Good ole chicken cakes. Dip em in maple syrup or whatever you like.

Maybe worth a shot. I probably would make a good pan gravy from the fried chicken and smother the pancakes and chicken with that. Now I'm hungry...
