Who knows? One possibility is peelosey is hoping Trump wants a trial to show his innocence so bad he will talk McConnel into giving D's some of what they want.

BUT THE REASON SHE ISNT GIVING THOSE TO THE SENATE IS BECAUSE THEY LOSE CONTROL AT THAT POINT. Then the PAIN intensifies. |

Pelosi knows the only shot at impeachment is with Bolton testifying. He has the first hand account knowledge. Maybe not of the phone call but direct line to things Trump may of actually said about it. Also he has no love at moment for Trump.
Ultimately I really doubt anything Bolton says he's Trump impeached if for no other reason noone wants Pence as hes the new Quayle. Bolton could really dent Trumps ratings if he came out an said some of what's been rumored he could.
