I've noticed that sports fans seem to be more disconnected with real issues that are plaguing our world.
I think this may be by design. I'd like to see what others here think.
Dont take this to mean I dont love sports, I'm a big UK basketball and football fan, but any more I like to keep that as only a "game time" enjoyment. As soon as the games are over its back to following the storm.
I mean, we are fighting a world that has been corrupted. We are seeing some progress.
What we are dealing with today is biblical, and it boils down to good versus evil.
So my take is to enjoy the games DURING THE GAME and to spend every non dollar generating moment into following the storm.
Continue to pray for Trump to take down the cabal and pray for the rest of the world to follow suit.
Brexit...Drain The Swamp...take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
Once you get right with god you are strong, powerful and confident... spread the word.
God is with us in this battle.
WE WILL WIN.

Maybe people watch sports to escape not to dwell in the politics of the world. Not everyone wants to worship Mein Fuhrer 24 7 like u do.

I do think the direction we take as a nation is being determined here, but even in battle, some "down time" is needed. One can't live on the edge all the time without side effects. I think sports at least used to be an outlet for that, but I'm not sure it is anymore.

My general feeling is keep politics out of sports peeps don't watch or pay for sports events to be pummeled with players disrupting the venue. Players of course have the right to express their views within the confines of the first amendment but should do it on their own nickel and time. You don't want to play to protest fine don't play don't get paid. Peeps could give a rats butt about players political views you protest at a game you are on their nickel. Do it after practice your craft not your mouth during the event. Btw you like the bernie aoc agenda fine 90% of yor wage gone. Oh and medicare will give you the advanced care you need for injuries...not
Sports are sports keep it that way outlandish salaries and all thats the free market
