The CDC said that so far this season, about 20,000 people have died of the flu, including 136 children. The CDC's most recent flu report says that as of February 29, hospitalization rates among children aged 4 and under were the highest on record at this point in the season, surpassing rates reported during the 2009 H1N1 pandemic. Maybe next year at this time we can have the media freak out about the regular flu since its numbers are worse.
Face it. The media is full of shit.
Anyone who thinks otherwise is either a common core victim or on crack.
The media and the deep state can shelf this push for global pandemic media hysteria, because Trump is going to be elected just the same. The same INDICTMENTS are stillin force and more still coming.
All this to get temporary control of the "narrative"

Pretty high rate of demise. You'd think the world would be on that looking for a vaccine that worked or shutting everything down like many are wanting to do for Corvid-19. All in perception and what one is used to we take the flu as a part of life this time of year and do little if anything to change our lifestyle...yet Corvid - 19 has been politically weaponized to try and disparage administration efforts, trying to show incompetence where there is none, trying to say scientist need to run it when truth be told they are providing the guidance which for the most part the President has taken. He's trying to deal with the economy, aspects of the world economy, and attempting to extent possible control the outbreak. While congress was trying to impeach, the President and his team were already dealing with the issue. He was criticized for that too as no reason to cut off flights from China etc. Get the damn election done so at least some of the insanity and political weaponization will be over with. The peeps elect commie Bernie or dementia joe we will have to deal with it and hope that the country doesn't go down the tubes. Biden will I bet name Harris as VP, she will become prez within a year without a vote being cast her way. I would hope the press would have put this Corvid-19 in a more realistic perspective but the truth and how its being dealt with is too much to ask I quess |

the current facts on this as far as what we know.
Yes this has been an awful flu season.
Flu cases since october in USA 34 to 49 mil
Flu death in USA 20-52K
.106% mortality rate
Cov 19 cases 1016
Cov 19 deaths 31
3% mortality rate in USA
according to current stats you are 30 times more likely to die of Cov than Flu even in a very bad Flu year like this one. Granted chances of those numbers staying true aren't likely but is what the numbers reflect as of current.
then in South Korea Mortality rate is .9% SK doing something really right or really under reporting deaths
but in Italy its 6.2% MR
France 1.8%
Spain 2.2%
Germany ....... damn .16% in 1800 cases 3 deaths.
After we have time to properly assess this new virus the MR will go down how far Im not sure but it will.
As I was typing this has just been labeled global Pandemic. which means nothing in actuality but does put the bow on it.
we know......
-Its extremely contagious reportedly on same level or more than Cold or Flu
- Very serious for those over 75 at around a 15% or greater mortality rate
- almost no danger to children at all or at least very little
- If you live in a modern country (not named Italy) and are 60 or under MR is around .5%
- ITS HERE THERES NO CONTAIN option anymore and by a year from now over half the US will of been infected but..... IMO likely the MR ends up lower than 3% and likely under 1% in USA when more consistent numbers come in over a much larger sample.
- There is a vaccine in trials right now that is said to work in animals n may be available as soon as next nov if stream lined.
