Oh i think pa litigation will show that ag did unauthorized changes. BUT scotus will not vacate the votes. Reason trump group wanted to stop count was to isolate those votes for review as to efficacy. Thats gone as is evidence scotus will parse the response and allow the votes due to lack of data. Wont change the election may help in future

Based on Alexander Macris (who sounds very convincing) article, it sounds like Trump has a strong case. However, the last paragraph is also important. Still...the votes must be counted and a result issued. Then let Trump and his billions of dollars and armies of lawyers argue in the SC (of which he chose 33%) argue the case.

UPDATE: Yes, I’m aware of the fact that the Attorney General of Pennsylvania is asserting that the votes arriving after 8PM on election day don’t matter. At the time I wrote this essay, that hadn’t occurred. (In any case, I’m not sure I trust any reporting on this matter. Do you?) Yes, I’m aware that PA might not matter now because of AZ, NV, GA, NC going to Biden. Yes, I’m aware of the fact that my post is conjecture. Of course it’s conjecture. I’m not on the Supreme Court and the events haven’t happened yet. This is my blog where I conjecture about things, hence the name.
