The two biggest political issues in my time

The ACA act and voting rules responsibility. Both had to have a fith or tie vote in both cases Bush appoitee and chief justice John Roberts was the keystone. He totally reversed on aca ruling it not a right but a tax imposed by congress thus constitutional ironically a positiond fostered in a paper by kavanaugh.

Then and perhaps more importantly the legality and constitutionality of executive fiat and rule making for voting in Pennsylvania. They did not uphold but kicked the can on the issue . It should have been heard and the pennsylvania state court and executive slapped down. It allowed potential made up late ballots no postmarks or signature match required.

Roberts in history will go down as a true hack more interested in cocktail parties and washington adoration then the constitution. He is gutless and imo lied to get on the court. Balls and strikes my ass he makes law or refuses to rule on tough meaningful litigation. A pox on him.

Ummmmm I'm pretty sure theres been bigger poltical issues the last 65 or so years but maybe thats just me.

I take offese to that dude your dissing my age. Those two things had and are having huge rammifications. Hanging chad crap got cleared up eith disantis. Issue with roberts aint how he votes necessairily but the fact he kicks the friggin can. He caused a lot of this vote issue. It might be there is nothing wrong but the law as defined nt the penn legislature wasnt followed per constitutional guideline. The ass hat wouldnt rule on it he called it a tie and hoped it would go away. Apsame as aca act he chaned the mandate to a tax format to svoid forcing congress to actually come up with a good plan. And before ya jump on me about frikkin trump kept saying he had a plan.... nada now that is one thing he lied aboutthat i will wholeheartedly agree with

Ahh sit i wanted him reelected but fkit hes gone we need to move on...haley in 2024!!!!! Or maybe cotten. Rubio can stay in florida and cruz can stay in texas😂😂

I am with ya with Nikki shes a sound moderate an very sharp. I like ACB as well but shes got a job lol. Gop needs a good moderate that appeal to both hardliners and the center/moderates.

And hey 65 would still put ya in the younger half here lol. Sorry bout that brah.
