Well unless there is very hard evidence that courts cant possibly refute my critical thinking is that the chances for trump remaining our president lessen with each click ofthe non filed case clock. Its not pessimism its not knee bending its a realization of the current state of the election. Powell had interesting stuff but cant ant wont go into it out of court but it does not change the trajectory of the election and the hard time lines of the electrol college.
I would suggest you critically consider the importance of the Georgia runoff folks need to understand the critical nature of it the two challengers are very hard left in the pocket marxists.
