Said that for him to win the way he did was as if you won the lottery four times in a row. Had other stuff about various aspects of the election while not statistically impossible was statistically implausible that was about four or five election bell weather markers that had always been right but were all wrong this time compelling stuff

Used to like to watch the baseball Cardinals and UK basketball, but all this blm and both teams sucking is making it hard. Jan will usually turn the game on if I'm around though.

So much for those "states rights" republicans are so enamored with.... The case is a very legitimate constitutional issue and not a states rights issue that's pretty black and white and if by some miracle SCOTUS decides to actually hear the arguments and agrees (I think they lack the cajones because they are afraid that will lead to demo changes in the court that will happen anyway if the Ga senate seats are lost), it simply means the 64 or so electoral votes are invalid via the election and that the various legislatures have to cure the issue by picking the electors not based on the voting but in theory by party, heck that could mean that the republican legislature go ahead and decide pick them in accordance with the election results with all their flaws. So from this election standpoint it is in theory at least might not change the election but it would mean that legislature would have to reevaluate their election practices to comply with the broad General Requirement of the Constitution and in the future would prohibit any edicts or rules change by executive officials once rules are established by the legislatures. On the surface it involves article 2 and the 14th equal protection Amendment that already has precedent in the 2000 election. Its a very strong case given the interference by executives of the four states. By definition not following the rules in those states could have affected the election in those states thereby affecting the results of the whole election i.e. harming the states that brought the suit and by extension other states. That coupled with all the states did not treat all of their individual counties and their counting procedures the same. I'm not confident of the outcome simply because the justices on the Kelly case didn't even bother to list the reasons to dismiss, published in 40 minutes and obviously made up their minds before responses, no darn courage. But we will see, it may be they think the Texas case will put them on stronger ground to actually make their opinions known and a true decision. I know this as of yesterday, Levin thinks they are going to punt even with the black and white issue, and whether you like him or not he is a constitutionalist and he does call balls and strikes as he sees it no matter where the chips fall. We will know more Thursday and see if SCOTUS hasn't already made up its mind.

States electors wont vote all Biden. If in the event no candidate gets 270 electoral votes, it would go to Congress, where <each state> only gets 1 vote. No way to manipulate that vote, Trump will win, and will NOT have to invoke the Insurrection Act.<at that point> Unless.....another coup is started.

I was very clear thats a possibility an elector will not vote biden. These are politicians Katman nothing certain. It has to get there first SCOTUS must vote the constitutional issues rightly. In SCOTUS hands

You can't fathom a reality where Trump loses fair and square, so you all cry and spout nonsensical conspiracy theories. It's pathetic. None of you are constitutional experts and neither are the authors of the fringe youtube videos you share. Enough people were exhausted from Trump's scrap, voted (by mail, which is legal and has been happening for years) and he lost. Boo hoo. Deal with it. People didn't act like this when he won, but we sure do see who has a poopy diaper when he lost.

Cruz, Levin, Sekulow and Dershowitz are accomplished Constitutionalists-- Dershowitz taught at "hawvad"--CRUZ is his most brilliant student(according to dershowitz) and Levin is recognized for his understanding and explainng constitutional law. Levin--However, sometime later, he quit working with the government and began working in the private sector, earning a job at the ‘Landmark Legal Foundation,’ a law firm that specialized in constitutional laws. He worked as the director of legal policy and eventually became the company’s president in 1997. www.thefamouspeople.com/profiles/mark-levin-51825.phpdershowitz-- Dershowitz joined the faculty of Harvard Law School in 1964 and three years later became the youngest law professor to be granted tenure in Harvard University’s history; he retired from teaching in 2013. www.britannica.com/biography/Alan-DershowitzCruz-- www.thefamouspeople.com/profiles/ted-cruz-6969.phpSekulow-- For nearly a quarter of a century, he's been on the front lines - working to protect religious and constitutional freedoms in the courts, in Congress, and in the public arena.aclj.org/jay-sekulowPlenty more--Pam Bondi, Rudy, Ellis, etc rr All 4 are qualified constitutional lawyers--
