That is high power folk, dershowiz is interesting hes a liberal but a definite constitutionalist this case has foundation in constitutional law i just hope SCOTUS will show its mettle. I hope thomas comments one way or another.

States electors wont vote all Biden. If in the event no candidate gets 270 electoral votes, it would go to Congress, where <each state> only gets 1 vote. No way to manipulate that vote, Trump will win, and will NOT have to invoke the Insurrection Act.<at that point> Unless.....another coup is started. You can't fathom a reality where Trump loses fair and square, so you all cry and spout nonsensical conspiracy theories. It's pathetic. None of you are constitutional experts and neither are the authors of the fringe youtube videos you share. Enough people were exhausted from Trump's scrap, voted (by mail, which is legal and has been happening for years) and he lost. Boo hoo. Deal with it. To some now its apparent laws should not need proof to enforce just RR agreeing with it is same as proof.
Trumps own hand picked people say NO FRAUD
Not 1 case had any success n most have been with GOP controlled courts.
These folks still swear up n down Trump will be potus jan. 21. Wel....... untill jan 21 then its onto the next batch of crazy ....... NO OWNING UP like a man with honor just the cowardly route of bait switch , move goal posts, then on to the next think ...... very dishonorable n sad.

Of course 18 state are not wrong in bringing the case doesnt mean they will win or lose it means they agree in principle with the claim in the suit and think it has merit. So what if someone is a democrat? Guarantee you lot of Dems voted for trump and some repubs voted for Biden and some dead ones on both sides but thats another discussion |
