Above: Mutt doing the Hollar Boy Stomp at Wrigley with Chris Stapleton. Below: Street Chills with a cold one at Wrigley. Unbelievably brews were $18.70 each at Wrigley and they expected a tip. Now that is inflation that hurts a man where he is weakest. Even with $20 beers it was a great time. We had more than enough beer before and after the show from Mutt's cooler. Thanks' again Streeter. You are a class act. Attachments:

The tickets that Streeter comped from a contractor he does business with were selling for over $2K at show time. We were literally sitting directly in front of the stage.
The night before we saw Cody Jinks at the Rosemont Theater. I bought the tickets early directly from the Rosemont for $35 each. We were just right of center stage 16 rows from stage.
Those tickets were selling in the $250 to $300 range at show time. The beers at the Rosemont were a little cheaper at $15 each.
It has become price prohibitive to attend entertainment events. The third party ticket vendors have completely deranged the cost to see a show or ballgame.
Scalpers buy every seat within the first 2 hours or so after the venue starts ticket sales. They then hit stubhub, Vivid, ticketmaster etc. at 500% the original ticket cost
and the public is willing to pay that kind of money for a seat.
I just checked the price for tickets to the CBS Sports Classic in Madison Square Garden featuring UK versus UCLA and UNC versus Ohio State.
The cheapest lower arena ticket prices are over $500 with many being in the $2500 range.
I also checked the price for tickets to the Champions Classic in Indianapolis featuring UK versus Michigan State and Duke versus Kansas.
I checked four different sites and the cheapest that I found was $475 for baseline lowers. $475 for those seats is a huge bargain, most seats surrounding them in the same section are $750. Sideline tickets are all well over $1000.
I have been to two of the last three CBS Classics and I paid about $250 for seats on the baseline 8 rows up in New Orleans and directly on the floor in Las Vegas.
I am very tempted to buy the damn $475 ticks, as they are 5 rows off the floor. They wont last long or the scalper will boost his price. I was trying to plan a full UK weekend with Worm, Streeter and Houston, for the Michigan State game on 11/15/22 night and the Vandy football game on 11/12/22 but holy hell, $500 a seat is ridiculous.
I bet the average seats for both the NYC and INDY events will be in the $1000 range. As steep as that number is, I wager a cold coke-a-cola both damn places sell out, even Indy.
Duke and Kentucky fans pay more for college basketball games than any other fans in America with the average seat price last year being around $250. UNC and Kansas fans are right behind at about $240.
I looked at the Bahama games. The tour packages that I looked at ranged from $7500 to $10,000 per couple for transportation, lodging and tickets to the games.
f%@!ing nuts!!

I'm good just cranking up Kid Rock's "We The People" super loud and putting it on loop and broadcasting it via satellite all over the planet.
