Alabama is one of the southern states that treat these gentlemen like the royalty they are.
No air conditioning allowed except in hospital wards, in Alabama, Louisiana or Texas Prison's.
The government forbids it because it is a waste of tax dollars.
They work their ass off on the prison farms or they don't eat.
Drive by Angola State Penitentiary in July. You will see , 1000's of gentleman "Of the Highest Order", similar to the fine gentleman, who is subject of this thread.
1000's chopping cotton in 5000 acre fields chopping cotton learning to be better citizens when they earn their freedom.
One thing you can say about prisoners in Louisiana and Texas, "The Are Outstanding in The Field".
I pass the prison bus from our local prison farm every morning. They keep the Texas road sides, state and city parks, public golf courses, game reserves and other government properties free of trash
and exceptionally well manicured when they are not on the farm where they literally raise every thing they eat. They have cattle, sheep, hogs, chickens, a huge/monster vegetable garden (must be 500 acres) where
they raise their food and truck farm produce, hay, corn and milo to feed the animals and of course a few thousand acres of cotton. Sam Houston donated the land (which was his personal ranch) for the prison
with the idea that, "Hard Work and Earning Your Own Way" made good citizens out of reprobates and "By God, It Does".
Very few of these shining lights of scholarship and good citizenry return to the farm for additional education after they earn their PhD in :Life Studies" on the farm. When they do return for post doctorate work,
in the Texas system, they usually dedicate the rest of their lives to their training or until the retirement age of 70 is reached.
The second conviction of a violent crime in Texas, brings rich rewards and if the crime is murder, these esteemed individuals, are promoted to the highest and most prestigious institution in the Great State Of Texas, The Huntsville Correctional Facility" where they are surrounded by beautiful 1930's vintage 20 ft tall red brick walls, with a rifle tower located about ever 200 ft, a beautiful 100 foot gravel lawn between the vintage brick and a 15 ft high electrified chain link fence topped with razor wire.
The gravel lawn is fully equipped with motion sensors and a great deal of design detail to provide kill zones where at least two rifle towers can provide an unobstructed hail of lead from 45 degree angles to assist gentlemen who have a desire to arrive in hell a few years before their state appointed departure date.
The campus is well organized and the instructional program is designed to assist program participants from registration to graduation. As you would expect, there are various programs housed within individual buildings located around the grounds of the campus.
There is a general housing unit where the average student spends most of his first 10 to 20 years. There is a medical ward with full medical facilities. The alternative unit is designed for students that are a bit behind their class mates and are in need of remedial training to bring their skillset up to par with their class mates.
In the alternative training facility students are provided with 24 hour, individual attention where the lights remain on 24/7 to provide students with extra study time. Typically this intensive training program lasts 3 months to one year. Few students require more than one year to close their behavioral gap with their fellow students and they are returned to the primary facility. The success rate of the remedial training program is better than 90%. Rarely, does an individual require additional remedial training after graduating from the one year program.
After 15 to 20 years or the age of 45 is reached, students are promoted to a secondary facility oriented towards highly trained individuals who have attained the status of "Fully Institutionalized". When an individual's personal case progresses to a status in which his state appointed departure date is a year away, the individual is transferred to one of two facilities depending on the type of degree program he is participating in.
Those who are about to finish the program and be released to the public, are transferred to a life readjustment program where they are oriented in obtaining employment and living a life free of crime. Others are transferred to a small but prestigious facility where about 100 of the facilities "Greatest Achievers" are housed in preparation for their upcoming road trip to hell.
When the final paper work and procedural functions are completed. The individual is awarded with the "Highest Degree of Achievement" one can attain in their particular field of study. The governor sends a personally signed letter of authorization to the prison warden to proceed with graduation preparations.
The individual is transferred to the premier facility in the Huntsville Penitentiary, referred to as admiringly the "Death House". The Death House is small, capable of housing 4 individuals, but normally only occupied by one "Master Achiever" at a time.
Although small, particular care was taken in the facilities design, to ensure that every member of this prestigious institution can easily view "The Death House" from any building on campus. I suppose the view serves as a warm reminder of the possibilities any member of the institution can be awarded with if his behavior is deserving.
The 'Master Achiever" is housed in this luxurious abode for 48 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. During this short stay, he is attended 24/7 by correctional officers trained for this specific duty. He will be completely isolated from all other individuals except for a visit by up to two family members. Each family must visit with "Guest of Honor" individually, under the supervision of a correctional officer and for no longer than one hour.
A member of the clergy (upon the "Guest of Honor's "request) is given an opportunity to spend the last 12 hours before the "Master Achiever" is awarded with a one way, all expenses paid, trip to "HELL".
I say expenses paid, but most of these individuals have "earned" their rewards, including their eternal residence in "HELL".
Texas grants more Doctorates in "Worthless Piece of Shit Human Being" than any other state. Last year 5 such degrees were awarded. Seven are thus far scheduled for 2023, but our governor has promised to
refocus his attention one of his most important jobs, "Populating Hell with Vermin". Notice that Governor Bush averaged about 30 executions per year. The average should be more like 100. Our country is polluted with sub humans,
who are destroying our society and are committing heinous crimes on a daily basis. IMO, the sentence for "Gang Banging" with the hardened gangs like the Bloods, Crypts, MS13, Latin Kings and Latin Disciples should be death because they are not any different than the Muslim terrorist organizations except they substantially more damage to the American society than a rag tag bunch like ISIS could dream of. These "Gang Bangers" are highly financed through the drug trade, human tracking, and every property crime that exists. Just visit the flee markets on Telephone Road or Airplane Road in Houston. You can buy anything, (I mean anything) at these flee markets for 25% of the items market value or less. trust me, this merchandise is 100% stolen.
Americans need to wake the f%@! up and clean the filth from our streets. The death penalty is an excellent way to accomplish this task.
Facts:
The State of Texas has executed 579 people since 1982. Of these, 279 occurred during the administration of Texas Governor Rick Perry (2001-2014), more than any other governor in U.S. history. The State executed five people in 2022.
Texas currently has eight executions scheduled for 2023 (as of 01/11/23). On January 10, 2023, the State carried out its first execution of the year, putting Robert Fratta to death.
Harris County alone accounts for 132 executions, more than any state except Texas. Dallas County accounts for 62 executions, Bexar County for 46, and Tarrant County for 45.
Misleading information.
Do not get caught up in the mass media propaganda on race and the death penalty.
It is true that 50% of the Texas executions are composed of minorities. It is also true that 50% are Caucasian.
What they don't tell you is that over 75% of violent crime: rape, armed robbery and murder occurs in large urban areas.
The Caucasian population in the major cities is 26% and this figure does not include illegals, of which there are at least 2 to 4 million in Houston alone and well
over 10 million in Houston, Corpus Christi, Beaumont/Port Arthur, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, and El Paso.
The media is correct. The death penalty figures are skewed. A Caucasian is significantly more likely to be sentenced to death for a violent crime than are minorities because
statistically whites are more likely to commit capital crimes in rural communities where jurors are more likely to do their duty, uphold the law and render a just sentence in
accordance with the law.
Further, these rural jurors firmly believe that an individual that is incapable of being a human being, is incapable of reform
and that their duty as a juror and American Citizen is to protect society from violent crime. Violent crime that these sub-humans would absolutely commit again if given the opportunity.
These God fearing, hard working, positive contributors to our nation that make up these rural juries, eliminate the immanent threat posed by violent criminal by providing the criminal
due process as provided by the US Constitution and issuing the death sentence in complete accordance with statues set forth in the Texas State Law.
In contrast, the urban jury, is far ore likely to render lenient sentences in the name of social justice due to the campaign of socialist propaganda that has been rampantly filling the air waves for the last 50 years.
Vast numbers of Americans actually believe that a hardened gang banger can be reformed. 50 years of science have proven that this idea is rarely correct (less than 20% of the time).
Facts You Need To Know:
All Data is From the Bureau of Justice and has been exhaustively peer reviewed. This information is 100% mathematically true and disgusting. Hell read the data and you tell me.
Seventy percent of prisoners released in 2012 were arrested again within five years, according to data from the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS). The recidivism rate is over 80% for prisoners with juvenile records.
Source data are from prisoner records reported by state departments of corrections to BJS's National Corrections Reporting Program and national criminal history records from the FBI's Interstate Identification Index and state criminal history repositories via the International Justice and Public Safety Network.Highlights
The 401,288 state prisoners released in 2005 had 1,994,000 arrests during the 9-year period, an average of 5 arrests per released prisoner.
Sixty percent of these arrests occurred during years 4 through 9.
An estimated 68% of released prisoners were arrested within 3 years, 79% within 6 years, and 83% within 9 years.
Eighty-two percent of prisoners arrested during the 9-year period were arrested within the first 3 years.
Almost half (47%) of prisoners who did not have an arrest within 3 years of release were arrested during years 4 through 9.
Forty-four percent of released prisoners were arrested during the first year following release, while 24% were arrested during year-9.
Bureau of Justice Statistics: 77 percent rearrested within five years. The BJS number includes both federal prisoners and the far more numerous veterans of state prisons. The populations are different. Most murders, rapes, assaults and robberies are handled in state courts.
Offenders convicted of crimes involving guns are far more likely (68 percent) to end up being arrested again.
Think about it, my long and trusted friends. We are allowing our country to be turned into a third world "SHIT HOLE"
