Here’s how: 1) first get rid of the hideous, generic wildcat head logo and current “UK” that looks identical with “UH” and replace at Rupp Arena’s center court with the classic wildcat head with outstretched paw interwoven with UK (as well as on all official UK merchandise); 2) At the first home game at Rupp and intermittently thereafter, play the video of Happy Chandler singing “My Old Kentucky Home”; 3) introduce former UK stars before each game; 4) play a classic Cawood recording before each home game saying “hello everybody this is Cawood Ledford coming to you live from Rupp Arena”; 5) play occasional classic radio interviews during timeouts with Rupp himself saying something funny (although the woke administration would never allow Rupp’s name to be promoted again); and 6) return to our classic Jerseys with the arched “Kentucky” across the front. There are probably many other ways to re-establish our old traditions once the initial effort is made. This is a new day. Let’s demand our old tRaditions be honored again!

We certainly lost our home court advantage over the past years and that is unacceptable. Didn't we lose like 3 straight at Rupp? Also we lost to teams that we once dominated like South Carolina. I could list the worst losses but we all know who they are. We were paying that clown the second highest salary in college basketball with a lifetime contract and $33 million buyout.
I want that tradition back and I never want someone to tell me they do not want to go to the game when I offer lower arena tickets because UK and our coach suck. That happened to me.
I am glad Begok is gone for good. Hell yes.

Agree with you steve - time to restore the greatest tradition in college basketball! I'm still amazed and thankful Arkansas was so stupid - they took on a woke snake oil promoter and saved UK $33m and lots of heartache in the process. I can't wait to get back to Rupp to see a game and to watch the Pope's team play on TV. At least something is going right these days! Go Cats!

...i believe we have a head coach now that knows the basketball program and fans deep from the inside out...NOT the outside looking in......to me, that's invaluable...for once since Joe B, we have someone who understands the Kentucky Basketball Program, the fans, and the state.........to me, that's a dam good start ..........
