Oklahoma State transfer Javon Small to Kentucky?

I do not know if this is confirmed or not but several people are reporting it may have happened.  If so, he is a good one.  He may be a cousin to Antonio Reeves and Tyty Washington said he was his point guard.  I suppose in high school.

He averaged 15.1 PPG, 4.7 RPG, and 4.1 APG, shooting 44% overall
