I sold all the purses and shoes and tools from the last locker for 1500 dollars in Sterling silver and gold scrap. Selling furniture now for cash. On to the next. Next Monday will be interesting for my viewers.

Nice katman - I was out of the country for a while and hadn't had a chance to watch. I'm amazed at what people spend money on and then give it up. Sometimes gold can be found in other things!

Nice katman - I was out of the country for a while and hadn't had a chance to watch. I'm amazed at what people spend money on and then give it up. Sometimes gold can be found in other things! People who make late payments like this lady would always do, eventually screw up and lose their stuff. This particular lady made a partial payment to the facility. The facility PROMISED to call her on auction day to cure her account. They didn't and I bought it for 1000.00. When I went to pay, the managers new helper sold me the unit and didn't call the lady. Then later after I was already in the unit, the facility manager told me that they weren't supposed to sell the unit. I offered to sell it back for 2000.00, as double money was fair. Then, the facility contacted their legal department and determined since the lady only made a partial payment, that she couldn't do anything. So I kept the unit. I've sold just about everything in that unit, kept the silver and gold as I always do. Moral of the story, NEVER MAKE A PARTIAL PAYMENT. PAY YOU BILLS IN FULL!

I have purchased 2 things in my life that I had to make payments on, my first house and my CPA talked me into leasing a truck once. I guess it saved in taxes, but it bothered me to no end till it was finally done and I paid it off. I guess I am just a dumb old country boy, but if I can't pay for it, I don't need it or I save till I can pay for it.

Agree Fiddling, that helped me to retire when I did. Went to war on debt to the point I had paid off EVERYTHING.

I traded her off to my Amish neighbor who wanted something to pull his buggy. I cant believe Madonna wouldn't Pull His Buggy🤣🌠I was in Louisville yesterday. Jan wanted to go to Costco and chose the one on Bardstown road. We came up from I-65. I hate that traffic. A few years ago, we met a customer at the Costco by the hospital. That traffic was even worse. I like living way out in the sticks.

I totally understand Fiddling. The only good thing about living near the city is we can sell just about anything pretty quick.

Same here fiddling - we live an hour and 15 minutes south of Nashville now. I HATE going in to Nashville and avoid it if at all possible. Luckily, I now work south and west of where we live. No traffic and nice folks. Rural living is definitely a blessing!
