Working outside and guess I got to hot. Passed out with a face plant in some gravel. Five stiches in my upper lip. Sucks getting old.

Always careful in heat as I get older. HYDRATION is most important. Dizziness and fainting follow lack of hydration.
rest and recover fiddling. There are limits to our capabilities that we once had not to be concerned.
OLD AGE sure beats not getting older!!

Sorry to hear that Fiddling. I hope you heal up quickly. When they roll out the Med Beds, you might be able to book one. This technology is unreal they have held back and its coming our way.
They say it can roll back 40 years on ones earthly shell. No kidding my man, we have hope to be around MUCH longer than we ever thought, and disease free.
