Dunno its precedence I am not certain but i think Cruz has mentioned it. He was pretty successful with scotus cases when he was solicitor general for texas. Onereally cant tell about scotus any more though thomas and alito are solid. As i keep saying time is the problem why de s are so an ious to get to the 14th. Potus lawer Sekulow is a top notch constitutional lawer too very successful

Seems to me that given The 26 vote definitely flipped per the link provided as found by the hand count and the test algorithm issue that it would be enough to prevent destroying or wiping the machine so they could be checked. That has not been done by anyone court wise has it? If not why? its a reasonable legal request not a rumor or projection.
