Well depending on what the courts decide about the ballots which should be invalidated. They can parse those out because they know the times of the input by camera and how long it takes for a machine to count there were several machines. Probably way more then enough votes there to flip the election. If the judges, courts, and politicians have the courage to "follow the evidence" (a play on follow the science). If they cast those votes out she will just one more dumbass duped into doing the dirty work. Yes she needs to go to jail wheather the ballots are thrown out or not. you or I would be.
Does make you think though that there will be CCTV at many other sites, especially rented warehouses, community buildings, schools, government buildings.
Yeah and before you start this to me is hard evidence, its not circumstantial, its not conjectural, something happened laws were not followed, process was not followed, stuff was hidden for a reason and moved off to be counted for a reason.

EYE WITNESS testimony IS HARD EVIDENCE!! So say the courts in this country every day!!
Such EVIDENCE has been submitted by countless individuals from at least 6 states--all with signed affidavits.
Perjury as the charge if they lied.
2 truck drivers with 100,000s of ballots hauled between states --signed affadavits!! that is HARD EVIDENCE.
Have any of you ever been selected to sit on a jury? Was the evidence "eye witness", circumstantial--on camera?

EVIDENCE of the kind presented in courts every day has been submitted in penn, mich, wisc, ga, nevad, ariz---as has statistical data from experts accepted in courts at every level.
EVIDENCE--it is overwhelming--if honestly considered by rational people.

This is the type of thing i have been talking about relativly speaking is contained and time definable to be isolated as to count. It is irrefutable not he said she said But said from multiple affidavits and video. Its massive. And it casts reasonable doubt that it was an isolated in event time things occurred show that. Ill bet somewhere there is cctv of other sites in Georgia a d other states The drivers while i believe them is more difficult because the chain of where distributed after drivers delivered is unknown right now still i think there would be many questions about the origin point and the process of delivery change. Time is of essence now Monday week. SCOTUS must step in with stays penn wont do it michigan wont do it wisky has to go to the system Ga im not real sure where it stands but am hopeful there. I have been on three grand juries and regularly get called for court in Houston. I have been in a severely contentious armed robbery trial where there was a wounded victim. I truly weigh the evidence, i asked for clarifications and other things and generally I took the hard line. I am a very rational and reasonable person. I believe and live by the law. Its served me well in life. If i were on a jury for much of this I would be asking a lot of questions from the box mainly from the defendents because they do not have any rational explanations for the way the votes were accumulated handled counted and lost....On this thing with me its a done deal note dems are real quiet they are working a way to minimize votes cast there. More important this activity with the visual evidence changes the nothing happened here narrative in Georgia and elsewhere. Unfortunately this isnt before a jury its before political appointees in many cases. Those are the wrong folk to decide juries should but there is no time thats why its best to have a frikkin slam dunk like the braided lady incident |

Houstoncat, what you ALWAYS miss is that Trump has 2 options outside of the obvious fraud. And what you miss is that Trump will not take either of those options they are at best conjecture and marginally or not legal in an election. He is despite what the left says very conscious of his constitutional responsibilities and duty to obey the law. That is why he is a good President he follows the law and based on what's going on I'm sure its a strain especially with everyone calling him a Nazi, racist, white supremisist, traitor, crook, none of which based on a thread of truth. |
