I don't see a path to victory without SCOTUS. Tremendous cowardice and corruption in both parties in the swing states. What's happening in Georgia is an embarrassment. They're all dirty. Evidence being ignored. I know Kemp is getting pounded by voters - I've been a part of that. Nothing but...crickets....
It's sickening.

I don't either littleblue, I think SCOTUS has to intercede at some point, doesn't seem to be any political will in Georgia in the Executive or Legislature to step up or even do an audit level recount, as an outsider looking in seems a lot of those folks are worried about being caught up in the fraud. |

You obviously are incapable of base memory i have never said i didn't want this resolved in trumps favor i said you need proof, hard proof of the various frauds. This case with Bondys comments isn't about fraud or determining if there was any, its about the court taking up the constitutionality of the changes in election law done by various state executives more specifically in Penn but if ruled unconstitutional applicable everywhere. They do not have to cure they can require the legislatures to fix If they do not cure they can require it go to the House fo final resolution one would expect trump to win easily. 1 vote per state straight party line. i.e. trump would win. It is not about determining fraud or illegal votes its a straight constitutional issue should SCOTUS take it up and decide the 2000 election issue in florida and the final ruling are established precedent. You don't believe me listen to the Mark Levine Podcast tomorrow or a replay today. He explains very clearly. Cruz has offered to argue this if there is a hearing. SCOTUS is not put in a position to determine which votes are legal simply or not so simply the constitutional issue of legislature only having the authority to alter election law. Penn is complex several of their own constitution requirements were violated. But fed requirement supersedes. I am told by a very good lawyer friend that this should be a slam dunk but first they have to take it up. If it does happen as we all want it follows all of the established law and constitution |

Just trying to forward a bit of information if i had a link explaining i would have.
This doesn't mean the frauds wont continue to be uncovered, and daylighted as SCOTUS considers the case In fact they need to be, its important to all of us. If this goes to what we think would be the proper ruling it will vidicate the power of the constitution and the safeguards it supplies and how truly remarkable our Republic is.
